Beiqi Weiwang tyre change
Beiqi Weiwang was the badge on BAIC's small vans and MPVs from 2011 to 2016, including the 306 microvan, the M20 and M30 people carriers and the 007 off-roader, before the range was renamed Weiwang. These were sold in China and a few export markets, not officially in the UAE, so owners here usually have imported or second-hand examples.

The vans run on small 14 inch tyres such as 175/70 R14 and 185/65 R14, which are cheap and easy to find, while the 007 uses a 235/70 R16 light-truck size. Because these vehicles often work as delivery or staff vans, tyres with an adequate load index and regular pressure checks matter more than outright grip.
- Work vans should run the original load index or higher, never lower.
- Check pressures weekly on vans that carry full loads in the heat.
- The M20 came on both 185/65 R14 and 185/70 R14, so read the sidewall before ordering.
