Porsche tyre change

Porsche-approved tyres carry an N marking, from N0 upwards, and Porsche strongly recommends N-marked tyres with the same N number on each axle. The Taycan uses tyres marked NF0, designed for its weight and electric drive. Almost every Porsche uses staggered sizes, with wider tyres at the rear.

Cayennes and Macans are common in the UAE and do far more highway kilometres than track laps, but they still wear tyres quickly because of their weight and power. A 911 Carrera S on 305/30 R21 rear tyres can wear through a set in 12,000 to 20,000 km, faster with track days at Yas Marina or Dubai Autodrome.

  • Use N-marked tyres with the same N number on both tyres of an axle.
  • Taycan tyres are marked NF0 and are built for EV weight and torque.
  • Staggered rears wear faster and cannot be rotated forward.
  • Porsche recommends replacing tyres at about 3 mm on high-performance models.

The N marking shows Porsche approval, and the number is the version. Keep the same N number across an axle, and ideally all four tyres.

What tyre size does a Porsche Cayenne use?

The current Cayenne uses staggered sizes that vary by wheel; on 21 inch wheels it is 285/40 R21 front and 315/35 R21 rear. Check your placard for your exact fitment.

How much are Porsche 911 tyres in Dubai?

Usually AED 1,000 to 2,500 per tyre fitted, depending on size and N-marked model. We confirm the price on WhatsApp once you send both sizes.
