Prices and quotes
Prices on this website marked "from" are starting prices. Tyre replacement fitting, tyre change and tyre pressure check start from AED 100 per visit. The tyre price depends on size, brand and stock.
Before a technician sets off we send you a quote that lists the tyres, the services and the total in AED including VAT. That is the price you pay unless you ask for extra work at the car, in which case we quote the extra and wait for your approval before doing it.
Arrival times
Arrival times on this site (for example "usually 30–60 minutes") are typical, not guaranteed. Traffic, weather, building access and stock can change them. We keep you updated on WhatsApp and you can cancel free of charge if we are more than 30 minutes later than the time we confirmed.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel free of charge any time before the technician sets off. If you cancel after the technician has set off, or the car is not available at the agreed place, we may charge a call-out fee that we tell you about when you book.
Tyres ordered in specially for you (sizes we do not stock) can be cancelled free until we collect them from the supplier. If you paid in advance and the job does not go ahead for a reason on our side, we refund the full amount to the original payment method within 14 days. Tabby and Tamara refunds follow their own schedules.
Payment
You can pay by card, cash or Apple Pay when the job is done, or in instalments with Tabby or Tamara where available. Instalment plans are provided by Tabby and Tamara under their own terms and eligibility checks. We issue a VAT invoice for every job.
Warranty
New tyres carry the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects, which we handle with the supplier for you. Our fitting work is guaranteed for 30 days: if a problem is caused by our fitting or balancing we fix it free of charge. Warranties do not cover damage from road hazards, kerbs, incorrect pressure after fitting, accidents or misuse.
Puncture repairs are made to industry practice (plug and patch inside the tread area only). We will not repair a tyre we consider unsafe, such as sidewall or shoulder damage, and will explain why.
Safety and your car
Our technicians may decline or stop a job if the location is unsafe, for example a live traffic lane without space to work. On the roadside we will ask you to stand behind the barrier. Please remove valuables from the car; we are responsible for damage we cause but not for items left inside.
Locking wheel nut keys must be available at the car. If they are missing, we will tell you the options before going further.
Liability
Our liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job, except where UAE law does not allow such a limit, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

Guides and price ranges on this website are general information, not a quote. Tyre and car brand names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to describe the products we supply and fit; we are not an official dealer of any brand unless we say so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE. Disputes go to the courts of Dubai. If you have a complaint, contact us first and we will try to put it right.
