General roadside plans from insurers and motoring clubs typically fit your spare or tow you to a garage. Our service ends with a properly repaired or new tyre on the car, which saves the second trip.
Tyre assistance versus towing
A tow moves the problem to a garage; a tyre technician removes the problem where you are. For a puncture or blowout on an otherwise healthy car, towing adds cost, time and a second visit to the tyre shop.
Towing is still the right call when the wheel, suspension or brakes are damaged, for example after a heavy pothole or kerb impact that bent the rim.
- Puncture, blowout, slow leak, valve failure: tyre assistance
- Bent rim, broken suspension, brake damage: towing
- Stuck wheel nuts or lost locking key: we bring removal tools
Safety on Dubai's fast roads
The most dangerous part of a roadside tyre failure is the stop itself, not the repair. On roads with 100–140 km/h limits, pull over as far right as possible, ideally beyond the solid line, and use the next exit if the tyre allows.
Our technician places cones behind the vehicle and works from the side away from traffic whenever possible. If the position is unsafe, we move the car a short distance at walking pace to a safer spot first.
- Pull over beyond the solid line or take the next exit
- Cones placed behind the car before work starts
Blowouts: what causes them in the UAE
Most blowouts are caused by underinflation, overloading or ageing rubber rather than a sudden puncture. An underinflated tyre at 120 km/h on a summer afternoon runs much hotter than a correctly inflated one, and heat breaks down the internal structure.
Checking pressure monthly when the tyres are cold, and replacing tyres past five years from their DOT date, prevents the majority of highway blowouts.
- Check pressure before 9 am or after the car has been parked 3 hours
- Fully loaded SUVs often need the higher placard pressure
What we bring to a roadside call
Each roadside van carries a hydraulic jack rated for SUVs, a tyre changer, a balancer, repair materials, valves, a compressor and common tyre sizes. This means most calls end with the car back on four serviceable tyres in a single visit.
Tell us the size from the sidewall when you message, so the right tyre is loaded before we leave.
- SUV-rated hydraulic jack and tyre changer
- Balancer, valves, repair kit and common sizes
Using our service alongside insurance cover
Many comprehensive policies in the UAE include basic roadside help, and it is worth using if it suits your situation. Drivers often call a tyre specialist when the policy only covers fitting the spare, when the spare itself is flat or missing, or when waiting times are long.
We issue an itemised invoice that you can submit if your policy reimburses tyre work.
- Useful when the policy covers only a spare change
- Itemised invoice provided for reimbursement
