Changhe tyre change
Changhe started as an aircraft maker that built Suzuki-based microvans and small cars, and it is now part of the BAIC group. Its cars are sold mainly in China and a handful of export markets, so in the UAE you will mostly see older imported M50 vans, Q25 and Q35 crossovers or the A6 sedan rather than new cars from a local dealer.

The range sits on small, cheap sizes: the M50 van uses 185/70 R14, the Q25 195/55 R15, the Q35 205/60 R16 and the A6 205/55 R16. The M50 is often used for deliveries, so tyres with enough load capacity and correct pressures matter more than outright grip, especially when the van is loaded in summer heat.
- Loaded M50 vans need the rear pressure from the placard, not the empty-van figure.
- Small 14 and 15 inch sizes are cheap and easy to source in the UAE.
- Older imported Changhe cars may wear non-original sizes, so check the sidewall first.
