Daewoo tyre change
Daewoo cars were sold in the Gulf until GM took over the brand and moved most models to the Chevrolet badge in the 2000s. The Daewoo name continued longer in Uzbekistan and Korea on the Matiz, Nexia and Gentra, so Daewoo-badged cars seen in the UAE today are mostly older cars or private imports.

These are light, simple cars on small 13 to 15 inch wheels. The Nexia uses 185/60 R14, the Gentra and Lacetti 175/70 R14 or 185/65 R14, and the European Matiz just 145/70 R13. The Winstorm SUV, a twin of the first Chevrolet Captiva, uses 235/60 R17 on many trims.
- Many Daewoo parts and sizes are shared with Chevrolet Aveo, Optra and Captiva models.
- Small 13 inch sizes can be less common; we confirm stock before we drive out.
- Older cars often have mixed tyres; replace them in axle pairs at least.

The later Nexia commonly uses 185/60 R14, with 185/55 R15 as an option.
