Foday tyre change
Foday is a small Chinese maker of body-on-frame pickups and SUVs, including the Lion F16 and F22 pickups and the Landfort and Explorer SUVs. It was never sold through UAE dealers and most production ended around 2020, so the few Fodays here are imports used as work trucks or budget 4x4s.

The Lion F22 runs 235/70 R16 or 245/70 R17, and the Landfort uses 235/75 R16, 245/70 R17 or 265/65 R17, all on a six-stud 139.7 mm pattern shared with many Japanese pickups. That makes tyres and spare wheels easy to find, and an all-terrain tyre with the right load index suits these trucks best.
- Choose an all-terrain tyre with the load index on the placard for work use.
- The six-stud pattern matches many Japanese pickups, so spare wheels are easy to find.
- Lower pressures for sand and reinflate before the highway.
