With a hybrid powertrain of around 350 kW and a kerb weight well above most SUVs, the ROX 01 is hard on tyres: XL load ratings, the correct speed rating and the placard pressures (higher at the rear) are essential. Its off-road styling invites desert trips, but the 21 inch road tyres need pressures lowered carefully and restored before returning to the highway.
