Skoda tyre change
Skoda is sold officially in the UAE, and the Octavia, Kodiaq and Superb make up most of the cars on the road, along with the Karoq and Kamiq. The new Kodiaq uses 235/55 R18 on most trims and 235/45 R20 on the top petrol version, while the Octavia runs 205/55 R16 to 225/40 R19 depending on wheel size.

The Superb sedan uses 215/55 R17 or 235/45 R18, and many Superbs and Octavias work as taxis and chauffeur cars, where a long-wearing touring tyre saves money. The electric Enyaq uses staggered tyres on some versions, such as 235/55 R19 front and 255/50 R19 rear, which is unusual for a family SUV.
- High-mileage Superbs and Octavias benefit from long-wearing touring tyres.
- Staggered Enyaqs cannot rotate tyres front to rear; rears usually wear first.
- A seven-seat Kodiaq carrying a full load needs the load index on the placard.
