Yema tyre change

Yema was a smaller Chinese carmaker from Sichuan that built compact SUVs such as the F99, F12, F16 and T70, and later some electric models, before running into financial trouble around 2020. The brand was never sold officially in the UAE, so a Yema here is a rare import and parts support is limited.

Tyres, though, are simple. The T70 uses 225/65 R17, and the earlier F99 and F16 run on 195/60 R16, with 185/65 R15 on some F12 versions. These are common passenger sizes that value and mid-range brands stock, so a Yema can stay on safe, fresh tyres even when other parts are hard to find.

  • Replace tyres by age as well as tread; most Yema tyres here are old.
  • The F12 came on 15 and 16 inch wheels, so check the rim size.
  • Send us a sidewall photo if you are unsure of the size.
